No experience in it but i love computers and really want to learn this sort of stuff, will i be eligible?

Answer:

It's quite an indepth course and does require some IT Experience. I would suggest starting for with CompTIA A+ Certification which will give you a very good foundation in IT so you can progress on more advanced topics.
