Module 1 - Estate Agent: An Introduction

In module one, we will gain an insight into the role of an estate agent and the requirements for this profession. It covers the history of the estate agent and the different roles within the estate agency.

Module 2 - Different Types of Estate Agents

In module two, we will explore the estate agent in more depth, taking a look at the different types of estate agent and the responsibilities of the property manager.

Module 3 - Getting Started on the Job

In module three, we will learn how to get set up as a professional, from getting organised to developing a winning mindset.

Module 4 - Listing Property: Finding the Sellers

In module three, we will explore the essential steps to listing a property, from finding the sellers to handling the offer. It also includes tips on how to prepare for the listing appointment.

Module 5 - Valuation Process

In module five, we will learn step-by-step how to carry out a valuation. It covers the valuation meeting, how to assess the building, and key factors to consider for the appraisal.

Module 6 – Negotiating as an Estate Agent

In module six, we will develop our negotiation and sales skills to be able to close successful deals. It explores the art of negotiation in detail, from basic concepts to the negotiator’s mindset.

Module 7 - Selling Property: Finding the Buyers
