Telecom Sector Internship

This course on equity research Telecommunication internship is a practical application of fundamental analysis of financial statements, financial modeling and corporate valuation of Idea Cellular. Idea is one of the leading telecom operators in the Indian market. This project would include equity research analysis based on the financials of Idea Cellular. It is a advanced training in finance domain which would include analyzing the Telecommunication industry, performing horizontal, vertical and ratio analysis on the financial statements. Based on the assumptions and preparing integrated schedules the next step would be the financial forecasting of idea. Using the forecasted information we would perform corporate valuation which would be done using two methods viz. Discounted Cash Flows (DCF) and Relative Valuations. At the end of it you would be in a position to give a buy/sell/hold recommendation on the company.
