BePro's funded HR courses are designed to help learners develop their knowledge of Human Resources that employers are demanding. BePro are delivering Skills Bootcamps to develop the HR professionals of the future, as part of a government initiative to tackle skills gaps across the country, enabling businesses to build a diverse and competent workforce.

Skills Bootcamps are part of the Lifetime Skills Guarantee and Plan for Jobs. Previous experience isn’t necessary, but learners must have an active interest in working in HR.

​These courses are completely free for all learners, regardless of employment status, including employed, unemployed or self employed.

On completion of the Skills Bootcamp, learners will become a Foundation Member of the Chartered Institute of Professional Development (CIPD) and gain an industry recognised CIPD Foundation Certificate in People Practice.

Eligibility

BePro's Entry to HR Skills Bootcamps are available to all adults, regardless of prior attainment aged 19+. Applicants must;

  • Living in the North East area of England, West Midlands or Greater London
  • Employed, self-employed, career changers, returners to work or unemployed within the last 12 months.
  • Have access to a reliable internet connection with a PC/ Laptop.
  • Have the right to live and work in the UK.
