The Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) Awareness Level 3 course consists of six structured lectures followed by a final assessment, designed to build understanding progressively while maintaining clear educational boundaries.
The course begins with advanced EFT concepts, exploring the subconscious mind, advanced tapping variations, and the mind–body connection as discussed within EFT literature and practice communities.
Advanced EFT applications examine how EFT is commonly referenced in relation to emotional stress, trauma awareness, physical discomfort, cravings, and performance mindset. These topics are explored conceptually, with emphasis on awareness rather than treatment or intervention.
Client assessment and treatment planning are presented from an educational and ethical perspective. Learners examine how practitioners conceptually assess emotional patterns, set goals, and review progress, while clearly recognising that clinical assessment and diagnosis remain the responsibility of licensed professionals.
Working with complex emotional issues introduces awareness of deep-seated emotional challenges, resistance, and emotional blocks, alongside ethical considerations when discussing sensitive topics. Safeguarding, boundaries, and responsible communication are strongly emphasised.
EFT ethics and professional practice focus on ethical guidelines, confidentiality principles, professional conduct, and realistic scope of practice. Learners gain understanding of how ethical awareness supports trust and safety in wellbeing-related environments.
Certification and continuing education explore common pathways for further learning in EFT, staying informed about developments, and understanding that any formal practice or certification requirements vary by organisation and region.
Assessment allows learners to demonstrate understanding of EFT concepts, ethical awareness, and appropriate professional boundaries.
