You have 8 months to complete the course and you can even view the course after you pass giving you access to new videos and downloads. Your certificate can be printed immediately on completion along with your certified CPD and Evidenced-based learning statement to evidence your qualification.

You will get automatic discounts off all our range of over 200 video online courses that you chose to take in future once you purchase and have access to this course. You will also receive a free training dashboard, downloads and access to the latest course material from ProTrainings.

Under every video, we have added text to support the video and you also receive manuals and downloads free. To keep your skills fresh, you can opt for free weekly refresher videos. You are assessed during the course and at the end, there is a final multiple-choice test. If you get a question wrong you will be given support to ensure you understand every part. You can re-take the test without charge. This may be an online course, but you can still contact us by phone, online chat or email.

If you require classroom training or practical evaluations these can be arranged nationally at your workplace.

Hi, How is the assessment done on this course. Do we need to take an exam at the end or submit assignments?

Answer:

The course is video based, you watch a series of videos with questions in between some videos to check your knowledge & understanding. How you answer these determines which questions and how many questions it gives you in the final test element of the course. The questions are multiple choice or True/False questions that you can select answers for on the screen. There is also downloadable material from the course resources section of your enrolled course, a pdf certificate and CPD statement.

FAQs

What does study method mean?

Study method describes the format in which the course will be delivered. At reed.co.uk courses are delivered in a number of ways, including online courses, where the course content can be accessed online remotely, and classroom courses, where courses are delivered in person at a classroom venue.

What are CPD hours/points?

CPD stands for Continuing Professional Development. If you work in certain professions or for certain companies, your employer may require you to complete a number of CPD hours or points, per year. You can find a range of CPD courses on reed.co.uk, many of which can be completed online.

What is a ‘regulated qualification’?

A regulated qualification is delivered by a learning institution which is regulated by a government body. In England, the government body which regulates courses is Ofqual. Ofqual regulated qualifications sit on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF), which can help students understand how different qualifications in different fields compare to each other. The framework also helps students to understand what qualifications they need to progress towards a higher learning goal, such as a university degree or equivalent higher education award.

What is an ‘endorsed’ course?

An endorsed course is a skills based course which has been checked over and approved by an independent awarding body. Endorsed courses are not regulated so do not result in a qualification - however, the student can usually purchase a certificate showing the awarding body’s logo if they wish. Certain awarding bodies - such as ABC Awards and TQUK - have developed endorsement schemes as a way to help students select the best skills based courses for them.
