Paul Harris is a Solicitor who has specialised in corporate and commercial law for over 27 years. During this period, he has advised on the insolvency of a number of professional football clubs, the rescue of numerous manufacturing companies, professional service entities and Lloyds names. He is a frequent lecturer on corporate law generally, corporate and personal insolvency issues, where he is known for his practical approach to insolvency and directors’ duties and responsibilities.
