Description

This project risk management course will provide participants with various
techniques for incorporating risk management for various projects. The course will
present different approaches to identifying risks; qualitative and quantitative
methods to analyze risks and determine their impacts; risk ranking and response
techniques; and approaches to monitor, control, and communicate risks throughout
the project lifecycle. This project risk management course wide-ranging
assessment of project management such as the documentation, tools sets,
methodology, and the lifecycle of projects such as the analysis, planning, design,
and evaluation. It also includes a case study for project risk management.

At the end of this Certificate course, you will be awarded a Certificate in Project Risk
Management, and will also be able to:
 Conduct and report on all tasks assigned by the Risk Management Director
 Implement policies and conduct training that helps reduce our company’s
overall risk
 Investigate and assess potential risks for assigned projects and accounts
 Propose possible solutions/programs/protocols for minimizing project risk
