Overview

Past Life Regression Therapy works clinically with our forgotten experiences. A client is encouraged to relive and resolve traumatic scenes or conflicts from the past. These conflicts have often unconsciously distorted their mental, emotional and physical well-being. Experiences may extend beyond early childhood and back through time to past lifetimes.With each lifetime which passes, these traumatic memories are re-created, often making little sense in the context of the present life and keeping us from living peaceful lives and achieving our full potential. They emerge as: obsessions, recurring relationship problems, nightmares, strange emotions and unexplained physical pain. A migraine, chronic lower back pain or knee problem may be telling a story from an old accident or wound. A chronic sore throat or fear of being touched around the neck may stem from a previous strangling, hanging or choking. And so it goes on…..

Description

Past Life Regression Therapy works with the somatic, psychological and spiritual residues from our present or past lives and which are at the root of our present problems. It transforms them in a way that is both safe and structured.By taking the client purposefully back to unresolved traumas, they are able to release trapped energy and to help the client understand and resolve old and deeply entrenched patterns. Revisiting past life experiences assists the client in dissolving the illusion and confusion of this lifetime. The therapy is quick and effective and may often result in a profound spiritual transformation.Past Life Regression Therapy reaches deep inside – physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually and may assist healing at a deeper level than most other therapeutic approaches.Regression Therapy Training covers the core skills that a student must have in order to practice regression therapy with clients professionally.The pre training requirement is a qualification in some other therapy or profession. A minimum of 50 hours of training will be required in at least one of the following; psychotherapy, psychology, hypnotherapy, psychiatry, medicine, body work, or another qualified healing technique. Most of the professional programmes offered by Clear Intentions qualify to meet these criteria.The content of the core training will include;

  • The ability to conduct a past life regression therapy client interview
  • Personification of the sources of the problem in the current or past lifetime
  • Bridging skills to regress a client
  • Skills to induce hypnotic trance to explore past life experiences
  • An introduction to bodywork and breath skills
  • Knowledge of methods for processing a present life significant events or trauma
  • Transformation skills to resolve death, afterlife and birth experiences
  • Integration of past and present life results into the present
  • Knowledge of basic contra-indicators for regression therapy

FAQs

Study method describes the format in which the course will be delivered. At Reed Courses, courses are delivered in a number of ways, including online courses, where the course content can be accessed online remotely, and classroom courses, where courses are delivered in person at a classroom venue.

CPD stands for Continuing Professional Development. If you work in certain professions or for certain companies, your employer may require you to complete a number of CPD hours or points, per year. You can find a range of CPD courses on Reed Courses, many of which can be completed online.

A regulated qualification is delivered by a learning institution which is regulated by a government body. In England, the government body which regulates courses is Ofqual. Ofqual regulated qualifications sit on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF), which can help students understand how different qualifications in different fields compare to each other. The framework also helps students to understand what qualifications they need to progress towards a higher learning goal, such as a university degree or equivalent higher education award.

An endorsed course is a skills based course which has been checked over and approved by an independent awarding body. Endorsed courses are not regulated so do not result in a qualification - however, the student can usually purchase a certificate showing the awarding body's logo if they wish. Certain awarding bodies - such as Quality Licence Scheme and TQUK - have developed endorsement schemes as a way to help students select the best skills based courses for them.
