This deaf awareness course aims to enlighten and ease the flow of communication that you might have with a person that is hard of hearing, both in the workplace and in other social situations. Instructor Bio
The course is led by Rachel Hubbard who is an expert in deaf awareness training, she founded Deaf Umbrella in 2000 with the aim of supporting deaf people and providing help for people working or training in the field as Communication Support Workers (CSW).
