The first round is a text based interview, powered by AI, where you will answer the questions into a chat. Once you’ve completed the interview AI will analyse your responses and give you a personalised insight report around how you came across and where you may look to grow in the future. In the second round video interview, you will get to reflect on how you come across on camera, from your body language to tone of voice, preparing you for any future virtual or in person interviews.
