Overview

Great customer service is about far more than being polite – it’s about professionalism, empathy, clear communication, and taking ownership of the customer experience.

This Customer Service Skills course is designed to help you deliver confident, consistent, and professional service in a wide range of customer-facing situations. You’ll explore what customers really value, how communication shapes every interaction, and how to handle difficult situations calmly and constructively.

The course focuses on practical skills you can apply immediately, whether you work with customers by phone, email, online, or face-to-face. You’ll leave with greater confidence, stronger communication techniques, and clear actions to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

The course is delivered live online, instructor-led, in a small group with a maximum of 8 attendees, allowing time for discussion, reflection, and real-world examples.
