To assess the learners ability and knowledge to effective understand the topics contained within the Customer Service course, the course features a number of end of module interactive quiz questions.

Additionally, at the end of the course learners will also take an online multiple choice assessment test. This online multiple choice test is marked automatically so you will receive an instant grade and know whether you have passed the course.

Certificate

On successful completion of this Customer Service course learners will receive a CPD Certificate of Achievement award.

Yes, you can study this course if you have no experience and start straight onto the Level 3. The course is designed for beginners and will treat it as such. The course is a CPD Certification which is a fantastic certificate to gain on your CV. It a great stepping stone for a career. You will learn a great deal of theory on the course which you can apply to real work life situations.

You can enrol on this customer service course without having a level 2 customer service. There are no prerequisite for this course.
