Dear Olaronke, Yes, this is an online course programme. Once enrolled, you will get access to our Learning Management System (LMS). All our study material, additional learning material, and useful links are available online on our LMS from where you can download the study material and assignments. At the end of the course, the learner can claim an endorsed certificate by paying £45 accreditation fee and postal charges (£9 for UK students, £15 for the outside UK).

What is the time frame to complete the course?


Dear leasa, The course is totally flexible and suits those who are in full-time employment or have busy schedules. There is no fixed timetable for study or for submitting assignments. You can work 4 to 5 hours a week to complete the course in 6 to 12 months time. There are no specific dates or deadlines for the submission of assignments. You can plan your studies according to your own convenience and can submit the assignment when you are ready for this.

What does study method mean?

What are CPD hours/points?

CPD stands for Continuing Professional Development. If you work in certain professions or for certain companies, your employer may require you to complete a number of CPD hours or points, per year. You can find a range of CPD courses on, many of which can be completed online.

What is a ‘regulated qualification’?

A regulated qualification is delivered by a learning institution which is regulated by a government body. In England, the government body which regulates courses is Ofqual.
