Creative Writing is a type of professional communication which refers to reports, emails, memorandums, proposals and other writings used in business for the communication of internal and external audiences. This unit will assist the learners to identify the different forms which are used in Creative writing and various useful techniques that are required for good writing.

The unit addresses the most fundamental building blocks for business writing and describes the importance of writing, four C’s of communication and writing and active and passive voice; it also explains word agreement, sentences and sentence types.

On the completion of this unit learners will be able to understand various concerned topics readability index, manners and courtesy, practical language and inclusive language including a look at sentence construction and punctuation.

What does study method mean?
