I have informally labeled this course "Let's Think!" because good thinking is in short supply in our medi-powered world. Facts about your industry or business are as close as your next Google search. However, these facts are useless until you think about them in the context of your current challenges.

Thinking is a skill that, like any skill, must be practiced. In fact, thinking is best seen as a bundle of eight skills that compose a prepared mind.

Louis Pasteur, the famed microbiologist, admonished us that “chance favors the prepared mind.” Here are eight enduring skills that are needed as you prepare for the future. You and your team need to understand and, more importantly, use them regularly.
