Nathan has taught, published, and presented in a wide range of counselling related topics, and has delivered counselling services for the past 20 years. He is a Registrant and endorsed Supervisor of the Psychotherapy and Counsellors Federation of Australia (PACFA), and a Clinical Member of the Queensland Counsellors Association (QCA).

Ira Israel is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and Mindful Relationship Coach. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and has graduate degrees in Psychology, Philosophy, and Religious Studies. Ira has taught mindfulness to thousands of physicians, psychologists, attorneys, engineers and creative professionals across America. He is the author of the New World Library book “How To Survive Your Childhood Now That You’re an Adult: A Path to Authenticity and Awakening” and creator of the best-selling "Beginner's Guide to Happiness," “Beginner’s Guide to Mindfulness Meditation,” “Mindfulness for Anxiety,” and “Mindfulness for Depression” videos and DVDs.

Elmira Strange is a Research Psychologist (MPhil), Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (Dip), and Certified Life Coach (Dip). She combines her passion for Psychology with Coaching and works as an 'online entrepreneur' as well as writing blogs and books.
