Overview

This course aims to provide practicing or potential first line managers the foundation for their formal development in this role. This qualification will help participants to develop their management skills and assist them in gaining the knowledge and understanding required at this level. The programme is designed to build leadership capability, improve the effectiveness and confidence of your first line managers, and support the development and performance of their teams.
