The programme is divided into four modules, each concentrating on an important aspect of conflict resolution in the workplace.
This course will also provide common sense advice for anyone who may have concerns about their personal safety within a social environment.
This Conflict Resolution in the Workplace programme aims to increase an individual’s ability to handle aggressive and challenging behaviour, thereby ensuring their personal safety, whilst carrying out their duties at work. This aim is further emphasised, by offering advice and an understanding in a range of practical safety issues that can be used to develop individual strategies to improve their personal safety in a variety of situations.
Assessment
This course is assessed by a series of written assignments which are marked and returned by an expert tutor.

This customised qualification is endorsed and accredited by NCFE. At the end of this course successful learners will be awarded a certificate of achievement by NCFE.
