Closing a Project - Closeout Items, Close the Project, Steps to Closing a Project, Final Report.
Who is this course for?
This course is great if you’re new to Project Management, or would like to develop your career.
There are no formal pre-requisites required for this course but it would be advantageous if you already have experience of working with teams, either in a professional or voluntary capacity.
Project Management skills can come into play in many careers. Office Managers may need to juggle projects around different facilities, PAs or EAs may find themselves organising conferences etc. There are specific roles for Project Managers where dedicated skills like this will come into play.
