During the A+ course, you will learn to work with desktops, laptops, tablets and mobiles as well as other evolving technologies. You will also gain the essential knowledge and skills needed to troubleshoot hardware, support operating systems and identify and rectify networking and security issues.

The CompTIA A+ certification is made up of 2 separate exams; CompTIA 220-1001 and 220-1002. The first of these focusing mainly on hardware with the second being largely aimed at troubleshooting.

Exams are sat through Pearson Vue who have approximately 100 locations nationally as well as having a large global presence should you wish to sit the exams outside of the UK.
