This course gives you access to our platform commodity broker module, you can listen to 2 calls a commodity broker makes to a client on a pre-recorded basis. You will receive heavily annotated scripts that run concurrently as you listen to the calls and you will also receive workbooks explain the products which are being pitched. Upon completion of knowledge being consumed you will be then sent an exam which you have 24 hours to complete.
First Call Module
Pre-recorded call playback of first call within commodity brokerage of broker cold calling prospect and pitching gold as a commodity. Here you will hear more about the opening, pitching and pre-qualifying style of what brokers say on the phone.
Second Call Module
Pre-recorded playback of 2nd call within a commodity brokerage of broker following up with prospect of first call and re-pitching as well as getting through rebuttals and leading onto the close for a senior broker to come in and close.
