Overview
Welcome to Steer Up’s Coaching and Mentoring course. This course provides an insight into the skills, knowledge, development tools and techniques required to be a successful coach or mentor. We’ll also cover safeguarding, wellbeing and how you can support someone who may be in a mental health crisis.
You'll learn some skills, knowledge and tools to help you develop your own style of coaching and mentoring, that can be adapted to suit each unique mentor:mentee relationship. You’ll be provided with various models, tools and techniques to enable you to be flexible in your approach, and adapt to suit your mentee’s needs.

What is an ‘endorsed’ course?
An endorsed course is a skills based course which has been checked over and approved by an independent awarding body.
