Who is this course for?
This Mental Health awareness qualification is aimed at practising or aspiring managers, supervisors and team leaders.
The course delivers the knowledge and skills to lead and manage individuals and teams, enabling them to deliver aims and objectives in line with organisational strategy and to understand the impact of mental health and wellbeing on performance.
Ideally you need to be working within an organisation or role where you can demonstrate skills and apply the knowledge required for this level. Learners may be working as Senior Managers, Regional Managers, Directors or CEO's.
After achieving the CMI Level 5 Diploma and with 3+ years of management experience, you will be eligible for Chartered Manager status with the CMI.

Requirements
- Have a good understanding of the English language, spoken and written.
- Working within role where you can demonstrate skills and apply knowledge.
- You must be at least 19 years of age to enrol on this course.
