Description

This qualification is awarded by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and is regulated on the RQF (Ref: 610/0905/2).

Learners must complete at least three units (minimum 370 TUT / 37 credits) to achieve the Diploma. Units include:

  • Principles of Professional Coaching (Unit 531)

  • The Role of the Professional Coach (Unit 532)

  • Strategies for Delivering Professional Coaching (Unit 533)

  • Professional Coaching Practice (Unit 534)

  • Management and Leadership Influences in Coaching and Mentoring (Unit 535)

  • Professional Team Coaching (Unit 536)

  • Professional Mentoring Practice (Unit 537)

Assessments are assignment-based (approx. 2,500–4,500 words per unit), supported through one-to-one tutor guidance and access to an online Academy.

The Diploma provides an excellent pathway for developing professional coaching expertise and can be extended into the CMI Level 5 Extended Diploma in Professional Coaching Practice (68 credits).
