Description

This qualification is awarded by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and is regulated on the RQF (Ref: 610/0904/0).

To achieve the Certificate, learners must complete a minimum of 2 units (minimum 140 TUT / 14 credits) from the following:

  • Principles of Professional Coaching (531)

  • The Role of the Professional Coach (532)

  • Strategies for Delivering Professional Coaching (533)

  • Professional Coaching Practice (534)

  • Management and Leadership Influences in Coaching and Mentoring (535)

  • Professional Team Coaching (536)

  • Professional Mentoring Practice (537)

Assessment is via assignment (2,500–4,500 words per unit), with one-to-one tutor guidance and full access to our online Academy.

The Certificate is often chosen by professionals who want a recognised qualification in coaching but are not yet ready to commit to the full Diploma. It also provides a clear progression pathway.
