The two modules you’ll complete to gain your CMI Level 5 Certificate in Management & Leadership are:

  • Principles of Management and Leadership in an Organisational Context
  • Principles of Developing, Managing and Leading Individuals and Teams to Achieve Success

You will also complete two written assignments of 3,000-4,000 words, one for each module you study.
