The Level 3 Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring is designed for supervisors and first line managers. It builds on the learning gained in the certificate and introduces organisational culture, values and behaviour while developing your skills in managing team dynamics and equality and diversity.

This qualification is delivered on our user-friendly online learning platform with full tutor support.

You must complete all Group A units (30 credits) and a combination of units from Group B totaling 7 credits. You will need to complete a total of 37 credits to achieve this qualification. The minimum total qualification time is 370 hours, including 145 guided learning hours.

These qualifications are designed for managers, team leaders and supervisors, to support the development of individual coaching and mentoring skills and techniques of individuals and teams to achieve objectives.

You must be at least 16 years of age to enrol on this course.

Requirements

There are no specific entry requirements however you will need to have a good understanding of the English language and writing.

Ideally, you need to be working within an organisation or role where you can demonstrate skills and apply knowledge. Alternatively, you could draw on previous experience within an organisation or use an organisation you are familiar with such as The Armed Forces.

You must be at least 16 years of age to enrol on this course.
