Description

The 1-day CITB Health and Safety Awareness Course is designed for candidates wishing to obtain the knowledge and skills to work in a construction environment safely. On successful completion of the qualification, providing you have passed the CITB Health, Safety and Environment Test, you will be able to apply for the CSCS Green Labourer Card.

Once you have achieved the CITB Health and Safety Awareness certificate, you can progress further within the industry by completing other Site Safety Plus courses that range from operative training to site management. Popular courses for site managers and supervisors include the SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) and the SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme).

On completion of this course, you would have gained knowledge and skills in:
