This CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management is designed for HR professionals with senior-level experience who are looking to advance their careers to director-level roles or establish themselves as consultants in the field of strategic people management.

Requirements

This is an advanced course designed for experienced HR professionals, requiring prior formal qualifications to get started.

Entry requirements:

  • An existing CIPD Level 5 qualification is essential. Alternatively, significant management-level experience in the people profession may be considered.
  • You must be over the age of 21.
  • You must be comfortable studying at a postgraduate level.
  • You’ll need to complete an Assessment Question, which will be reviewed by the Programme Lead.
  • You must be a registered member of the CIPD to enrol and complete this CIPD Level 7 qualification.

Career path

The skills you’ll develop on the CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management will prepare you to excel in senior leadership roles in Human Resources.
