  • Unit 4: Business Research in People Practice - Distinguish between primary and secondary data, conduct, cost and benefit analysis for research
  • Unit 5: Resourcing and Talent Management to Sustain Success - Evaluate attraction and retention while comparing ways organisations build and maintain positive reputations in labour market
  • Unit 6: Strategic Reward Management - Examine key factors that influence the design of effective reward policy, including principles of transparency and equality
  • Unit 7: Strategic Employment Relations Elective - Analyse the role of determining pay, review the pros and cons of arbitration, conciliation and mediation
