You can choose to study this qualification in one of two ways: On Demand or Live Online. If you choose to study On Demand you’ll learn online from anywhere and study anytime. You don’t need any formal qualifications to take the CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic Learning & Development, however, we recommend that you have a considerable amount of experience in an L&D role or an L&D degree.

If English is your second language, we recommend that you have achieved one of the following, or an equivalent:

• IELTS: 6.5 overall score
• TOEFL: 90 overall score
• Cambridge: Grade C or above
