You don’t need any formal qualifications to take the CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic Learning & Development. However, we recommend that you have considerable experience in an L&D or related role.

- IELTS: 6.5 overall score
- TOEFL: 90 overall score
- Cambridge: Grade C or above
