- Unit 4: Support Self-Directed and Social Learning - Study steps organisations take to encourage learning and how digital innovations encourage self-direct learning
- Unit 5: Learning and Development Design to Create Value - Evaluate what needs to be considered when designing learning and development
- Unit 6: Facilitate Personalised and Performance-Focused Learning - how to develop personalised learning outcomes and support the needs of learners
