Description
Equivalent to an undergraduate degree, the CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in L&D is built around 3 core units, 3 pathway (previously 'specialist' units), and your choice of 1 optional unit – in alignment with the CIPD Profession Map.
Completion time:
It takes most of our students between 9 and 12 months to complete the online CIPD Level 5 course.

Requirements
While this CIPD Level 5 Diploma is best for those with some L&D (or related) experience, there are no formal entry requirements.
As long as you're 21+ and have good literacy and numeracy skills, you're good to go!
