Description

The CIPD Level 3 Foundation Diploma in HR practice is designed to support your career development in HR by providing you with the knowledge and capabilities needed by todays HR professionals.

The CIPD Level 3 Diploma contains the following 8 units:

Student support:

Upon enrolment you will be supported by a personal tutor and taught by CIPD experts and HR professionals. Your personal tutor will be on hand to help navigate around the course and platform.

Who is this course for?

This qualification is designed to support career development in HR by introducing the knowledge and capabilities needed by today’s HR professionals. Requirements

A qualification to at least Level 2 (for example GCSE or international equivalent) is essential and experience working in an HR role is beneficial.

In addition, the following entry requirements apply:

  • You must be over the age of 18 or have a third-party payee for any financial agreement
  • You must have a solid grasp of the English language (IELTS 5.5 or equivalent if English is not your first language)
  • You must have access to a computer or other internet enabled device and a reliable internet connection, plus basic computer skills.

Career path

Upon successful completion of your diploma, you will become an Associate Member of the CIPD. Achieving Associate (Assoc CIPD) status will allow you use the designatory letters Assoc CIPD after your name to showcase your credentials. You will also be able to demonstrate you possess up-to-date and relevant skills and knowledge, enabling you to stand out to potential employers.
