Who is this course for?
This qualification is designed to support career development in HR by developing your understanding of all aspects of the profession. An existing CIPD Level 3 Foundation qualification, or a relevant Level 3 (or higher) qualification plus sufficient experience in an HR role is essential.
In addition, the following entry requirements apply:
- You must be over the age of 18 or have a third-party payee for any financial agreement
- You must have a solid grasp of the English language (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent if English is not your first language)
- You must have access to a computer or other internet enabled device and a reliable internet connection, plus basic computer skills
Upon successful completion of your Certificate, you will become an Associate Member of the CIPD. Achieving Associate (Assoc CIPD) status will allow you use the designatory letters Assoc CIPD after your name to showcase your credentials. You will also be able to demonstrate you possess up-to-date and relevant skills and knowledge, enabling you to stand out to potential employers.
