Description

The CIPD Level 3 Foundation HR qualifications are ideal if you are looking to gain a wide range of practical skills in human resources. These qualifications are equivalent to A-level and will provide you with an internationally recognised CIPD qualification as well as the knowledge needed to gain your CIPD Associate membership too.

CIPD Level 3 Foundation Diploma:

Duration: 8 - 10 months

Complete a module every month.

LIVE ONLINE STUDY

Our online classes run once a month. They combine the convenience of remote learning, with the supportive structure and interaction of a classroom environment.
In small groups you will learn how to apply theory and share experiences. You tutor will guide you through case studies which demonstrate practices to emulate and to avoid! Although an online platform is used you will work collaboratively and build your professional network.

STUDENT SUPPORT

Our live online sessions are run in small groups and you have between 1 and 2 full days with a CIPD approved tutor for each module. Between live-classes and submitting your assignment your tutor will be available to provide unlimited support.

Our tutors are chosen for both their academic and practical experience. Not only do they share their own experiences but draw on those within the group allowing you to gain insights into different industries and organisational cultures.

When you sign up to a CIPD qualification you will receive an e-textbook and have access to our student hub. The hub contains a wealth of resources to widen your understanding and support you to successfully complete your assignments.

What is an ‘endorsed’ course?

An endorsed course is a skills based course which has been checked over and approved by an independent awarding body. Endorsed courses are not regulated so do not result in a qualification - however, the student can usually purchase a certificate showing the awarding body’s logo if they wish. Certain awarding bodies - such as ABC Awards and TQUK - have developed endorsement schemes as a way to help students select the best skills based courses for them.
