Requirements
While this CIPD Level 3 course is ideal for those new to the people profession, there are no formal entry requirements, so you don't need any previous HR or L&D experience to get started.
As long as you're 18+ and have good literacy and numeracy skills, you're good to go!

After completing your CIPD Level 3 Certificate, you'll be ready for entry-level HR or L&D roles, such as HR Assistant or People & Culture Assistant.
