Who is this course for?

This course is aimed at those with some HR experience looking to specialise in the Learning and Development field and progress to managerial roles.

Requirements

The intermediate course is ideal if you're aspiring to, or are taking the next steps in your career in learning and development

  • Ideally an existing Foundation qualification (or equivalent) is desirable; alternatively, relevant work experience can be considered
  • You must be over the age of 18
  • You must have a solid grasp of the English language (level 2 or above, IELTS 6.5 or equivalent if English is not your first language)
  • To receive certification of the Diploma, you must ensure you have CIPD membership throughout your study

Study method describes the format in which the course will be delivered.
