This unit can be delivered as a standalone award or as part of the Level 3 Foundation Qualification in L&D. The unit focuses on the way that L&D professionals can understand the skills, knowledge and behavioural needs of the organisation and its employees. Methods of identifying learning needs for individuals and groups are discussed together with ways of analysing data obtained and using these results to develop accurate objectives.
Description
This course is delivered in a number of ways. Our mixed-mode approach offers true flexibility giving you the opportunity to choose where, when and how you learn. For example, you could attend a half-day workshop that is delivered in central London. Alternatively you can work directly with one of our advisers as they support your development with one-to-one guidance tailored to your individual learning needs. Candidates will also have access to materials and resources on our Virtual Learning Environment (VLE).
We are also flexible in the way we assess you. You can either complete an assignment or use one of work-based evidence templates.
Who is this course for?
This course is for anyone who is either new to the L&D profession or wants to refresh their understanding of the way that a L&D practitioner can identify, prioritise and develop learning needs.
There are no prerequisites for this course and prior to signing up we can arrange for an adviser to discuss your requirements and experience with you to ensure that you are enrolled onto the most suitable programme.
