Overview

In response to high demand, our new fast track Intermediate Certificate in HRM has been developed to get candidates through their qualification quickly but without compromising on the level of quality support.

The programme provides total flexibility. We offer immediate start dates so you can join up whenever you like and begin learning from the comfort of your own home or office. An introduction to the programme followed by seven live webinars will get you on the road to your CIPD qualification.

From then on you work with our CIPD experts, using quality reference materials and with 24/7 access to our online portal – the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE).

Throughout your learning you will be supported by your own personal adviser. Six one-to-one meetings delivered via Skype or telephone will provide you with expert advice for each unit.

By joining our thriving fast track community you will also gain access to a team of advisers with expertise in each of the HR areas and a regularly updated FAQ on the VLE.

Our practical approach to assessment allows you to tackle each unit using your own work-based experiences to complete your assignments rather than simply relying on academic theory. There are no exam units at Intermediate level.

Learn from the very best in the business. Our candidates regularly achieve 98% pass rates* and our programmes consistently achieve outstanding quality assurance ratings from the CIPD.

We believe this is because we have developed a unique and rigorous process which begins with a diagnostic consultation at the start of any learning engagement. We ensure candidates are mapped to the correct qualification and then work with them every step of the way to help them achieve the highest possible pass rate.

How is This Course Delivered?

FAQs

Study method describes the format in which the course will be delivered. At Reed Courses, courses are delivered in a number of ways, including online courses, where the course content can be accessed online remotely, and classroom courses, where courses are delivered in person at a classroom venue.

CPD stands for Continuing Professional Development. If you work in certain professions or for certain companies, your employer may require you to complete a number of CPD hours or points, per year. You can find a range of CPD courses on Reed Courses, many of which can be completed online.

A regulated qualification is delivered by a learning institution which is regulated by a government body. In England, the government body which regulates courses is Ofqual. Ofqual regulated qualifications sit on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF), which can help students understand how different qualifications in different fields compare to each other. The framework also helps students to understand what qualifications they need to progress towards a higher learning goal, such as a university degree or equivalent higher education award.

An endorsed course is a skills based course which has been checked over and approved by an independent awarding body. Endorsed courses are not regulated so do not result in a qualification - however, the student can usually purchase a certificate showing the awarding body's logo if they wish. Certain awarding bodies - such as Quality Licence Scheme and TQUK - have developed endorsement schemes as a way to help students select the best skills based courses for them.
