This course consists of four modules and to pass each module you are required to sit a multiple-choice test. Each test lasts between 90 and 120 minutes and can be taken online and on-demand.
Description
To achieve the level 4 CIM certificate, you will study four modules. Three mandatory units, and then you will choose one optional unit.
If you wish to complete all level 5 modules, consider studying the extended certificate.

Recognise what influences buyer behaviour in various contexts.

Responsible marketing (Mandatory)
Understand the impact of the marketing environment on an organisation’s ethical responsible and sustainable decision making.
Understand the role marketing lays in supporting an organisation’s ethical, social and sustainable agendas.
Understand how the marketing mis can be adapted to meet both societal and commercial objectives.
Planning integrated campaigns (Mandatory)
Understand how the organisation interacts with customers.
Understand customer engagement with media and content.
Understand how to develop a customer-centric and integrated campaign plan.
Content marketing (Optional)
Recognise the importance of content marketing organisations.
Understand different content formats across a range of contexts.
Understand how to create a content marketing plan.
Search engine optimisation (Optional)
Understand the importance of search engine marketing for organisations.
Recognise the success factors for Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).
Understand how to develop effective paid search campaigns.
Requirements
You must be 18 or over.
One year's plus experience in the industry or a relevant level 3 qualification, CIM or equivalent.
If English is not your first language, you will need to provide evidence of achieving an English Language qualification within the last 2 years.
