Overview
Certified Training Professional Course Overview
This certification will allow delegates to gain the skills required to succeed in this Human Resources position. A Training Professional operates alongside the Training and Development Manager within the HR Department and assists with the development, analysis, and evaluation of appropriate training solutions. Whilst capable of performing generalist HR Administration procedures, and assisting the HR Team as a whole, the Training Professional’s primary objective is to ensure that company staff receive training that aligns with business strategy and encourages personal career development. Day-to-day duties include training research and analysis, reporting feedback, advising on new training solutions, and booking courses.
The Training Professional undertakes research and analysis on existing training practices, in order to monitor their effectiveness and relevance in terms of business performance and career progression. If not up to standard, the Training Professional will be responsible for identifying new and innovative approaches to enable constructive development. They will then report their findings and advise the Training and Development Manager, who manages the training budget, and makes the final decision. If a new training solution is approved, the Training Professional will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and scheduling training. Our Certified Training Professional course will cover all these responsibilities and will allow delegates to acquire the understanding to execute each task efficiently.
