This Kaizen Practitioner training course will provide delegates with the knowledge and skills required for Kaizen implementation and arrangement.
Kaizen Practitioner builds on understanding acquired at the Foundation level and aims to supply a more detailed explanation of Kaizen improvement tools, principles, and concepts so that delegates develop the expertise of what is needed to achieve a successful Kaizen implementation. Individuals will also learn how to resolve problems that restrict the application of Kaizen strategy.
Elements studied will include the people concept of Kaizen, whereby individuals are prompted to use Kaizen techniques for the purpose of development. Effective management systems will also be explored, as these are considered essential to the functioning of continuous improvement. As well as this, delegates will look more extensively at implementing Kaizen in an organisation, through the detailed study of Kaizen mechanisms, methodologies, and processes.
