Office management deals with handling, controlling, maintaining and developing reports, allocating resources, schedule internal events, oversee operational staff and coordinating the office system.
An effective Office Manager not only supervises staff and provide administrative support, but also ensures high productivity and work quality in the workplace.
An Office Manager is expected to possess problem solving and decision making skills, integrity, flexibility and ability to cope with pressure.
Practice by definition means exercise repeatedly of performance or activity or skill, and in an office setting there are performances and activities that should be ensured done to maintain organization and productivity as well as security. And in any other organization communication is very important, a good office practice is to exercise a good communication system that everyone can relate to, to assure understanding, to set clear and specific goals.
