At the end of this course, students shall learn how to:
(1) understand behavioural disorders;
(2) be familiar with different approaches to behaviour;
(3) be aware about learning disabilities;
(4) gain familiarization about autistic spectrum disorders; and
(5) understand speech, language and communication.

Description
Children have high energy up to the point they reach the adolescent stage. During the stages of being a child from time to time they may throw temper tantrums especially if they do not get what they want, its normal however what’s not if it happens all the time, when the child is not learning despite efforts from parents to teach them how to behave. For adolescents, it is the time that they start to lie to get them out of trouble and attempts to straighten them out usually gets a more rebellious response that means it’s coming from something deeper. Children and adolescents may not know how to deal with it if the root cause of the problem is something deeper this is the most time they need guidance and even medical help.
At the end of this course, students shall learn how to:
(1) understand behavioural disorders;
(2) be familiar with different approaches to behaviour;
(3) be aware about learning disabilities;
(4) gain familiarization about autistic spectrum disorders; and
(5) understand speech, language and communication.
To achieve these goals, this course shall make use of interactive materials to present the concepts of the topics to be discussed. Assessments shall be done after the entire course to check for knowledge retention and understanding.
Failed relationships and much more burden are possible scenarios that can happen to a child or adolescent that may be suffering from a behavioural disorder if help and treatment will not be sought.
