The second part to our Basics of Management Course will go into more depth regarding the different features and levels of management within a corporation. You will think in detail about how to prioritise as a manager and assess what your main objectives are.

This course will help you understand the way the different levels of management function within a company and how to adapt to your new role in a way that plays best to your strengths and optimises the productivity of your business. This course does not involve any written exams. students will be assessed by Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) and must achieve a minimum of 50% to achieve this qualification.
