Our CertHE Psychology course is 100% online and part-time and gives students a scientific understanding of the mind, brain, behaviour and experience.
Enabling students to develop both subject-specific knowledge and transferable skills, it can be achieved as a stand-alone qualification or used towards our full BSc (Hons) Psychology degree.

After completing this CertHE course, students will have an appreciation of the scientific and theoretical underpinnings of psychology - this will include its historical origins, progression and limitations. The course also raises awareness of the variability and diversity of psychological functioning and its significance. Students will also be able to recognise a range of influences on psychological functioning and how these are conceptualised across three core discipline areas (social psychology, cognitive psychology, and personality and intelligence).
