   Master planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and project monitoring methodologies. Analyse risk models and change control within diverse project environments.
4. Project Implementation Management (CBIT-APM-504):
   Understand transition from planning to execution. Learn stakeholder engagement strategies, procurement methods, and the application of agile and traditional methodologies.
5. Project Risk and Issue Management (CBIT-APM-505):
   Develop competence in risk identification, analysis, and mitigation. Examine qualitative and probabilistic models and their impact on project success and sustainability.
6. Leading and Managing Project Teams (CBIT-APM-506):
   Build leadership and team management capabilities. Understand cultural intelligence, motivation, communication, and collaboration within global project contexts.
7. Agile and Hybrid Project Management (CBIT-APM-507):
   Explore agile methodologies and hybrid frameworks. Learn adaptive planning, iterative delivery, and how to integrate agile into conventional project systems.

• This course is equivalent to level 5 equivalent, and hence, you must be able to complete the course at this level.
