Is this assignment based or online exam?

Dear Daniel This(HR and Marketing (Level 7 ) is an assignment-based online course, which consists of 12 modules. Each module concludes with an assignment which is submitted to the personally assigned tutor for marking and feedback. You can plan your studies according to your own convenience and can submit the assignment when you are ready for this. The course is totally flexible.There will be no formal exams at the end of this course.
